Remember that news that uprooted your life? Was it the loss of a job, an injury, or a divorce? Maybe you just had to break out of your rut and start over because your life felt stale. Did it involve a move to a new city or home, a new neighborhood that you did not know, new people, and new places. Pretend you are talking to your best friend about it. Tell all the good and bad experiences about it, how you dealt with the obstacles and embraced the improvements, then describe how your life is different now.In today's world, lots of you have lost homes, jobs, and as a result perhaps even your marriage. Describe how this happened.. what did you do to deal with these losses? How is your life different now?
