What kinds of shoes do you prefer to wear? What does your footwear say about you?

Are you fond of sandals? Boots?  Spectator pumps? Oxfords? Tennis shoes? Loafers? Describe your shoe collection that is in your closet, and the pairs you more often wear. Do you wear your shoes in the house or leave them at the front door? Do you wear really high heels to make you taller? Do people notice your shoes? Have you ever bought shoes at a thrift store? Ever paid more than $200 for a pair of shoes? Do you wear an unusually small or large size shoe? Do you use those foam inserts in your shoes? Write for ten minutes about your shoes and how they fit your personal style.

The Big Move: Transitions in Life, Jumping off into the unknown

Remember that news that uprooted your life? Was it the loss of a job, an injury, or a divorce? Maybe you just had to break out of your rut and start over because your life felt stale. Did it involve a move to a new city or home, a new neighborhood that you did not know, new people, and new places. Pretend you are talking to your best friend about it. Tell all the good and bad experiences about it, how you dealt with the obstacles and embraced the improvements, then describe how your life is different now.In today's world, lots of you have lost homes, jobs, and as a result perhaps even your marriage. Describe how this happened.. what did you do to deal with these losses? How is your life different now?
Take just ten minutes to pour out your angst.
